This is one of my favorite places. The food and drinks are all great, the staff is friendly, and in the relatively short time it's been open, Clatter has become a Frostburg staple. Clatter is constantly supporting local musicians and is active in the community. If you've never been, you'll want to change that as soon as possible.

Wonderful service and the Honduran was everything I expected - only $2 - and when it ran out, the wonderful barista just gave me what was in the cup and started on the fresh pot right away - which she then used to give me a fresh, full cup! Great place - cozy and calm.

With delicious coffee, top-notch espresso and an array of wonderful Coffee based drinks (try the minkie swoop!), this is exactly the coffee shop Frostburg needed. They've got a cool atmosphere and cool people, too, and I feel like I keep buying brownies and muffins there because they look so good with a taste to match.

Awesome little Coffee shop. Staff is super friendly and it just has an amazing atmosphere! Stopped by here a few times when I was working in the area. The drinks and sandwiches were fantastic! I highly recommend this place for any college student trying to just relax and have a good cup of coffee.
